Meher Baba was a truly remarkable spiritual leader of the 20th century. Of Persian background, and born in India, he drew upon the formulations of many religious traditions, and his followers included Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Jew, and Zoroastrians. The prayer that is illustrated in this book is a perfect example of this universal emphasis, and it is rightly called the Universal Prayer.
